"Composition of The Heart"
is an exercise used for one to express
themselves through music. Each person is given a canvas and is asked to accompany Ahmun in a classical piece by using their hearts to draw what they feel while she performs.

What kind of lessons do Piamistry offer?At Piamistry, we offer Private one-on-one lessons for students interested in Piano, Guitar, Drums/Percussion, Voice, & Music Production. Each lesson provides a uniquely designed curriculum that is tailored to the student. All lessons include, music theory & performance, music appreciation, instrument familiarization, sight reading, ear-pitch training, and memorization.

Are lessons just for kids/ Do you teach adults?Piamistry welcomes all ages! We have students from ranging from 2 years old to 80. It's never too late to learn! We offer a combination class for students ages five and below learning to develop an interest for a particular instrument or multiple instruments. For adults unsure of what instrument they might want to learn how to play, we recommend scheduling a class for each.

How many times do I need to schedule lessons?At Piamistry, we believe in teaching students at an accelerated pace, however, you are responsible for scheduling your classes in way that's conducive to your music education! To be efficient in your playing, we recommend at least 12 lessons a quarter( once a week) or at least 6 lessons a quarter ( 2 lessons bi-weekly with effective practice methods)

How do I register/schedule for lessons?For for time and returning students(from over a year) are required to complete a registration form. you will be asked a serious of questions concerning your needs and goals of your music lessons and will directed to make payment. Your registration will include: Your first lessons evaluation, a Piamistry School T-Shirt, Bag, Books and materials needed for class. (Books will be purchased after a throughout evaluation of the student) Once you have registered, you can schedule for lessons under the schedule-online tab. You will see a list of services. Click the service you wish to schedule and you will be directed to a page displaying every calendar date available for your lesson. Select a time and date you wish to schedule and you will be directed to make payment. You will have the option to select "pay in person" or enter your card info . (For those who are first time registrants, select "pay in person", you will not pay for your first lesson here) Follow all of the prompts and you will receive a confirmation page on the site and in your email stating the time and date you scheduled. Next, arrive to the school on your appointment date. Note* Late cancellations are subject to full payment of the class!
